** The Off Road Patrol is a complete set I got from a guy in a Transformers group on Facebook in September 2015. I got them with many other Micromasters in that purchase. For the Off road Patrol I actually got two and a half sets of these guys (10 total as seen in the last photo). As they come with no accessories except the four characters, they are definitely complete. I am going to likely see if I can find someone to trade one set for another I don't have.**
