My Personal Notes: HISS Drivers were always one of the ones I really wanted but never had as a kid.  I even remember by cousin Bo had one and had taken it with him to summer camp with us.  I thought it was so cool already, and then was jealous that not only did he have this cool guy, but he got to bring it with us to camp.  Later on, when he handed off his Joes to me because he was moving on to other things, I remember the bittersweetness of getting the H.I.S.S. Tank from him, but without the driver.  Anyway, getting back to the subject, I finally got him while working to fill the holes in my collection in early 2012.  I made sure to get one in great condition, and that his Cobra symbol hadn't been worn off his chest as so many are.  See pic below.
