It is believed that Scrap-Iron is a product designer for Destro's armaments company. Carries out initial field testing on all new armor piercing munitions and sub-munitions. Area of specialization is remote-launched, laser-guided, rocket-propelled piezo-electric fused anti-tank weapons. These weapons are categorized beyond the "smart" stage and are known by the nomenclature: "brilliant."*

My Personal Notes: Scrap-Iron was a cool Cobra I got early in my army building as a kid.  I really loved his launcher and thought he was a real bad a$$.  Mine would be complete, but I unfortunately lost his pistol and had to replace it with a replacement from the accessory pack.  I have had and have enjoyed this guy since childhood.
