Spends off-duty hours perfecting his fighting skills and marksmanship. Strict vegetarian. Regarded by his teammates as a highly competent professional, but has the personality of a cold fish.

My Personal Notes: Torpedo was also one of the first Joes I got as a kid.  He was the coolest and was the guy I thought would be cool to be.  As a kid, I mostly bought vehicles that were aquatic and Torpedo got lots of playtime with those.  Over the years, I lost his fins, so I recently found a cheap one that was complete, and got it just for the fins.  The rest is an extra now that acts as a placeholder in some of the spots where I am still missing others.
